The host is amazing and quickly responds to any request. The location is great - right between the two main boulevards within five minutes' reach and seven minutes away from the beach. The apartment itself needs a lot of work: It's old, wasn't very clean upon arrival, the bed is less comfortable, and the furniture is old and dusty. Plus, the washing machine was leaking (although the host has explained the workarounds). So, overall it's okay-ish for a couple of nights' stay, but it's uncomfortable for longer stays.
